Note:
Due to some limitations in the pairing program reporting capabilities the tiebreaks after the 4th are calculated, but will not be used for awarding the trophies. 5th is Game results between tied players, 6th is most games as black, and 7th is coin flip. It is very unlikely that these will be needed.

Also, for team tiebreaks the Modified Median is not used as the first tie break.  (so 4th is Game results between tied players, 6th is most games as black, and 7th is coin flip. )
