Preregistration
by
e-mail
To
help avoid some of the delays with the full registration procedure at
the site we would like to have players do a preregistration
via e-mail so that we have a simpler check-in and
pay
procedure (you pay when
you check-in!). Please follow the instructions below to
register. If you are
a scholastic coach and would like to batch the info in an e-mail that
would be ok, too. In any case, if you do preregister and are
not
able to make it, please e-mail us stating this before 10am on the day
of
the tournament. You will
unlikely be able to play if you have not paid by the
end of check-in time (1:30pm).
Please follow the steps below to get preregistered before 10pm
on
the day before the tournament.
1) Copy this page and Paste into an e-mail.
2) Add a subject line "Preregistration for Chess Tournament"
3) Fill out form info below .
4) Send to borderschess@trianglechess.org
5)
Within 48 hours, much quicker just prior to the tournament, you will
get either a confirmation, standby, wait list, or
more info
needed note back.
